On top of that, it’s nice there is a payback model by selling products in the store.
Back to the roots
Bruynooghe has more than 85 years of experience in blending and roasting coffee beans. Last year, the entire corporate identity was revamped. Today, the company is fully ready for the so-called ‘fourth coffee wave’: a time when coffee bars and artisanal tastings are the new hip, and consumers demand real barista quality.
This brand has its roots in Kortrijk, and in that context Bruynooghe had the opportunity to set up a pop-up shop in the local shopping centre.
Design of the pop-up shop
The recognisable stripe pattern and different packaging colours were adopted in the design of this pop-up shop. This ensures a very high consumer recognition. The complementary wooden and green accents gave it a warm and homely feel.
This new trendy house style together with the Instagram wall should create a younger audience that wants a taste of a new and strong story.
Bruynooghe is a perfect blend of extremes. Ready for the future, but without betraying its roots. Created following artisanal recipes but with innovative coffee techniques. With West Flemish roots and international ambitions. For young and old.
Instagram Wall
Bruynooghe opened its pop-up shop in full corona crisis at the K Shopping centre in Kortrijk.
There, you can taste coronaproof Bruynooghe coffee, buy fun gifts for the holidays and indulge yourself on an Instagram wall.
Flawless construction thanks to experienced professionals

Everything was prepared to perfection in our workshop in Westmalle and transported to the empty shop premises in the K Shopping centre in Kortrijk.
