After a phone call or email, we’ll set up a non-binding appointment. At Expo Z everything is customized, so we like to take the time to get to know you better. This can be either on-site or at our office.
We like to sit down with you to learn more about your project, your vision, budget, timing, corporate identity and all other essential details.

After this introductory meeting, our interior designers get to work to create an appropriate design for your project in traditional wood construction or in modular system construction. They are the creative hub within Expo Z. Each interior designer has his or her own specific qualities and style. Do we see a match between your style and the designer? Then he or she will immediately start working on a nice, fresh and innovative design for you to use. This way, after 2 to 3 weeks you can count on a beautiful design tailored to your needs.
A team of passionate carpenters then goes to work in the workshop to create the final design. We highly value perfectionism and have our own workshop where a high level of finishing is aimed at. At the same time, the people in our print studio get to work. They ensure that the print work for your exhibition stand or pop-up is perfect.
The same carpenters then transport your goods to the right location and also take care of the installation. This ensures that you can always count on the expertise of professionals and you will not be confronted with any surprises.

The history of Expo Z is a story of continued growth. Mike, Luc and Fred were working together at a stand builder company. This is where they started thinking about starting their own business. And so it happened. With their accumulated knowledge and expertise, the three men started their own business in 1996: Expo Z.
It started very modestly in a small chicken shed in Brecht, Antwerp. But after a year of several successful, large projects and hiring new staff, the chicken shed soon became too small. They moved to a larger industrial building in Westmalle. Here the company continued to grow steadily until the story repeated itself. Not much later, Expo Z had outgrown this building as well. On to its current own building on the other side of Westmalle, with Fred Okhuijsen and Philippe Rongé as managers.
Today, Expo Z has a beautiful building with offices and a well-equipped workshop. We have a passionate, professional team of 30 experts, and freelancers also often find their way to Expo Z. Every day we work together to build Expo Z’s future. Meanwhile, Expo Z has become a leading player in international stand building.
