1. Pleasant introduction
After an initial call or email, we’ll arrange a no-obligation meeting, either on-site or at our office. Since everything is customized, we like to get to know you better.
We like to sit down to learn about your project, vision, budget, timeline, corporate identity and other essential details.
For exhibition stands, we’ll also discuss regulations and stand size. You talk, we listen, advise and inform. Whether you have a bold idea or prefer to give us creative freedom, we’re ready for the challenge.
2. Design
Following the initial meeting, our interior designers get to work, creating a design tailored to your project using traditional wood construction or modular system construction. They are the creative hub at Expo Z. Each of our interior designers has unique qualities and style, and we ensure a perfect match for your needs. Within 2 to 3 weeks, you’ll receive a fresh, innovative design that’s customised for you.
3. Realization
Once the design is approved, our team of skilled carpenters brings it to life in our workshop, where we maintain a high standard of finishing. Simultaneously, our print studio team works to perfect the graphic elements for your stand or pop-up.
The same carpenters who built your stand will transport and install it at the venue, ensuring you always benefit from professional expertise and no unexpected surprises.

From a chicken barn to a beautiful studio
A dream of three stand builders
Expo Z’s story is one of continuous growth. Mike, Luc and Fred were colleagues at a stand builder company when they decided to start their own business. And so it happened. Leveraging their accumulated knowledge and expertise, they founded Expo Z in 1996.
From Brecht to Westmalle
It all began modestly in a small chicken shed in Brecht, Antwerp. However, after several successful large projects and hiring new staff, the chicken shed quickly became too small. The team moved to a larger industrial building in Westmalle. Here the company continued to grow. Eventually, Expo Z outgrew that building as well, prompting a move to their current facility on the other side of Westmalle, with Fred Okhuijsen and Philippe Rongé as managers.

Today, Expo Z operates from a state-of-the-art facility with offices and a fully equipped workshop. We have a dedicated team of 30 professionals and we frequently collaborate with freelancers. Together, we are building the future of Expo Z.
