We like to receive logos as vector files:
Always convert text, lines and line widths to outlines / letter outlines or provide us with the font.
Files with a lower resolution than 72 DPI can of course be printed, but they will be of lower quality.
Files over 150 DPI (full size) are heavier and cause everything to be slower, but their quality will not be better.
For very large prints (> 500 cm) the files may also be delivered at scale (e.g. at 10% of the actual size and at 720 DPI). Always indicate this in the file name!

Formatting files:
Please ensure that fonts and lines have been converted to outline / letter outlines and that images are properly embedded within the file.
If you do not have the ability to provide us with ready-made images, Expo Z’s print studio colleague can format them for you. This is done on your behalf at € 50.00 per hour.
You can always provide us with your corporate identity manual or a reference of your corporate identity colors.
We use your PANTONE (PMS) or NCS color reference for a visual check of materials such as paint, cutting film or printed matter.
Please note that we always try to approach this color reference as closely as possible, but that this depends on the material used, the substrate and e.g. light conditions. Slight deviations are always possible here.
Do you have any questions or comments? Please do not hesitate to contact us. You can send an email to printstudio@expoz.be or call us at +32 3 309 32 13.
Submission of files is preferably done through our WeTransfer account or mail to printstudio@expoz.be.
Do not forget to mention which booth and trade show it is about
