On top of that, it’s nice there is a payback model by selling products in the store.
Back to the roots
With over 85 years of experience in blending and roasting coffee beans, Bruynooghe recently underwent a complete corporate identity makeover. Today, the brand is fully prepared for the ‘fourth coffee wave’ – a time when coffee bars and artisanal tastings are the new hype, and consumers expect true barista-quality experiences.
With roots in Kortrijk, Bruynooghe seized the opportunity to set up a pop-up shop in the local shopping centre.
Design of the pop-up shop
The design embraced the brand’s recognisable stripe pattern and different packaging colours in the design of this pop-up shop, ensuring strong consumer recognition. Complementary wooden and green accents added a warm, homely touch.
This new trendy house style, combined with an Instagram wall aims to attract a younger audience eager to discover a fresh and compelling story.
Bruynooghe is a perfect blend of extremes: ready for the future, while staying true to its roots, using traditional recipes with innovative coffee techniques. It embodies West Flemish roots with international ambitions, catering for young and old.

Bruynooghe opened its pop-up shop in full Covid crisis at the K Shopping centre in Kortrijk.
Here, visitors can safely enjoy Bruynooghe coffee, find unique holiday gifts and take photos at the Instagram wall.
Flawless construction thanks to experienced professionals
Expo Z knows how to get things done, as we work with experienced professionals. This project was completed in no time.
Everything was meticulously prepared in our Westmalle workshop and transported to the empty shop space in the K Shopping centre in Kortrijk.
