An innovative exhibition stand for Nipro
As a global market leader, Nipro offers a wide range of medical disposables and equipment. Since 1954, they have been dedicated to improving patient outcomes and quality of life with their high-quality products.
Geometrical stand building
At the CPHI 2023 fair in Barcelona, Nipro unveiled its glass packaging for pharmaceuticals, showcased subtly within displays.
With the brief to create an “eye-catching and innovative” stand, the Expo Z team got to work. Their focus was on ensuring that the stand’s base and structure captured attention, while addressing a unique challenge: hall poles present at the stand site, which clashed with the innovative concept.
Our designers opted for powerful simplicity through a geometric approach, creating a pavilion-style design with a wooden ceiling to enhance the architectural feel. To conceal the hall’s poles and maintain the cohesive look, a shed structure was built around them. A rounded wall was then added to seamlessly transition from the LED wall to the bar and seating area, preventing the stand from feeling too rigid.

In addition to the stand’s strong geometric design, we explored additional elements to heighten its innovation.
A large LED wall measuring 4.50 by 2.50 metres was strategically placed in the corner where most visitors pass by to draw the attention.
Ghost touch screens
For presentations, we opted for ghost touch screens. This is a relatively new concept in the exhibition industry. These transparent screens blend seamlessly with the stand’s design, avoiding the intrusion of large black screens and preserving the innovative character of the display.
In-house design and realisations
As an experienced stand builder, Expo Z was granted creative freedom by Nipro to develop a visually striking exhibition stand with minimal guidelines or thematic constraints. Expo Z handled the entire design and realisation process, with every aspect executed by our in-house professionals.
